Guest speaker Sylvia Blanchet will talk about some of her experiences with the Food Lab project, which brings for-profit companies together with non-profits and policy people to  move the global food supply to more sustainable practices.   The facilitators of the project use a process called “Presencing” which is now being used in some of the largest food companies.  Sylvia will share with us how this provess has impacted some of the outcomes of the project.

Sylvia has founded two companies with her husband Thomas Fricke.  She is both an entrepreneur and a Brennan healing science and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner.     Their current company, Sustainable Trade and Consulting (STC),  is pioneering in Indonesia the development of biodiesel and biomass fuel from agricultural waste.
