Yoke Darmawan Addresses Rotary Club Bali Ubud Sunset
On February 13, 2023, Yoke Darmawan spoke to Rotary Club Bali Ubud Sunset [RCBUS]. Yoke is the owner of Darmawan & Associates consulting firm. Her presentation focused on Sababay Winery, the title sponsor for RCBUS’s upcoming charity golf tournament, Bogies for Bali 2023. Yoke is an Indonesian presenter and trainer with multiple experiences in training and development in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. She previously worked for an international organization development consultant and has eight years experiences as a speaker and facilitator. She is a recognized inspiring speaker because she understands the importance of cultural differences and uses her knowledge to help people develop personal competence in problem solving and ability to focus. Yoke’s presentation to RCBUS members included the history and development of Sababay Winery as a Balinese woman owned and operated business. Located on the island of Bali, Sababay Winery started from a dream of empowering farmers and evolving Indonesia’s agriculture potentials. Its wines are crafted with passion every day and highlight Bali’s outstanding natural grapes. Sababay is collaborating with local grape farmers, winemakers, wine experts, and distributors to create local products with international standards, while respecting the principles of transparency, equality, diversity, and individual rights of the community of employees who work for and with the company.
